For the avoidance of doubt, these subpages do not constitute pages to which MEDILAB ONE refers through links on the Website. Namely, MEDILAB ONE is not the owner and does not manage the websites to which it only refers via special links, all for the purpose of informing and making it easier for the user to find information.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the laws of the European Union, to the extent applicable, taking into account the membership of the Republic of Croatia in the European Union.

MEDILAB ONE and the user shall try to resolve all possible disputes arising from these Terms of Use or its changes amicably, and in case of impossibility of such resolution, a court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.

Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms of Use is wholly or partially invalid or becomes wholly or partially invalid, this shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Terms of Use or the Terms of Use as a whole. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a reasonable provision that is permitted by law and most closely corresponds to the business purpose of the original provision.

No partnership

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, nothing in these Terms of Use or in your use of the Website in any capacity implies the creation of any relationship between MEDILAB ONE and you, other than the relationship of you as a user of the Website and MEDILAB ONE as its owner.

Waiver of rights and continuation of rights and obligations
